How SDV Cab Services collects, uses and protects your information.
Name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email (optional), pickup/drop locations, and trip details you provide when booking a ride, creating an account, or contacting us.
To confirm and fulfil your booking, send OTPs and trip updates (via WhatsApp and/or email), maintain your wallet and ride history, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Shared only with assigned drivers (for pickup coordination) and payment processors (for online payments). Never shared with third parties for marketing.
Booking and payment records are retained as required for business and tax purposes. You can request account deletion from My Account — see our Terms of Service for what is removed.
