A booking request submitted on our site or app is a lead until confirmed by our team by phone, WhatsApp or email. Fares shown before confirmation are estimates; the final fare is confirmed at that time.
Depending on the trip, you may pay online via a secure link or pay the driver directly on location. Advance payment, where applicable, is collected as stated at confirmation.
See the Inclusions/Exclusions/Restrictions shown on the booking form, or contact our team, for the applicable cancellation policy on your trip type.
Your account is identified by phone number. Wallet balances are managed by our admin team and used only toward your bookings with us.
You can request account deletion from My Account. We scrub your name, email and WhatsApp number from your profile; your phone number and past booking records are retained for business and tax records.
